Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Sterenzon Advisory handles website enquiries, newsletter requests and website measurement. We use enquiry details to review and respond to your request, keep them confidential and do not sell them.
Enquiry information
The fit-review form requires your name, email, current role, target role or move, and a short description of what you are trying to solve. Phone or WhatsApp number, location or target market, and LinkedIn URL are optional. Please do not include confidential employer information, identity documents or other sensitive material in this initial enquiry.
When you request the newsletter, we collect your first name and email for that purpose. A newsletter request is separate from a fit-review enquiry and does not commit you to an advisory engagement.
How forms are processed
Our forms use Formspree to process submissions and deliver them by email. Your enquiry may be retained in our business correspondence and client records as needed to respond, follow up or carry out an agreed engagement. We do not publish your enquiry or use your career details as a testimonial without separate permission.
Website measurement and lead sources
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages are visited and whether visitors start forms, encounter errors, successfully submit forms or click email and WhatsApp links. A contact-link click does not tell us whether a message was sent. Analytics may include page paths, referrer information, approximate location, device and browser information, and event times.
Our analytics integration excludes form answers, names, email addresses, phone numbers and LinkedIn URLs. It removes query strings and fragments from tracked page URLs and uses a limited set of event properties. Vercel Web Analytics does not use advertising cookies or track visitors across unrelated websites.
To understand where an enquiry came from, we temporarily keep a limited source record in your browser's session storage: the first public landing page, referring hostname and recognised campaign labels. When you submit a form, these details may accompany that submission. This record contains no form answers and is normally removed when the browser tab or session closes. If storage is unavailable, you can still use the forms.
Hosting, fonts and external links
The website is hosted by Vercel. Hosting providers may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to operate and protect the service. Fonts are served from this website; they are not requested from Google Fonts. The site does not use advertising trackers.
Choosing an email or WhatsApp link opens an external service under that provider's terms and privacy policy. No WhatsApp chat widget is embedded on this website.
Your choices
You can ask about information held about you, request a correction or deletion, or stop newsletter messages by emailing daniel@sterenzon.com. You can also reply to a newsletter asking to unsubscribe. We will review and action your request as applicable to the records concerned.
